Withdrawal right:

According to Dlg. 22/05/1999, n° 185, customer may exercise his right to recede from the contract within 10 days from receipt of goods. To exercise this right, the customer is required to send back the entire goods to Wonder Umbria, within their original packages.

Withdrawal procedure:

• To recede from the contract customer will have to communicate, within 10 days from receipt of goods, his intention to Wonder Umbria by sending a registered letter
• Wonder Umbria,once received the purchased goods back, will credit the customer with the related amount
• Postal expenses are in charge of the customer
• Should any product be not suitable with the original, it will be refused, and the related amount will not be credited to the customer
