Sparkling Wine Classic Method, golden, clear and brilliant with a very fine and persistent perlage, it has an intense and enveloping bouquet that recalls almonds, hazelnuts and a hint of bread crust, with an intense floral note on the finish. The enveloping and dry flavour, fruity and with lovely structure, leaves a citrusy touch on the finish, with fresh and clean acidity.
Food pairings: An excellent aperitif, it is also a great choice for continuing the entire meal.
