Paolo Bea's Pipparello Montefalco Rosso Riserva comes from the hills of Montefalco and reflects a careful, low-intervention approach to viticulture. It is a deep, structured red wine with intense notes of ripe fruit, spices and herbs, together with distinctive mineral nuances. On the palate it retains freshness and character, supported by firm tannins and a long, persistent finish. A wine with a strong sense of place, particularly well suited to red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
