Marfuga extra virgin olive oil is obtained from selected olives, moraiolo, frantoio and leccino, which have reached the right level of ripeness.
With a green color and an elegant and round bouquet, this oil has a delicately fruity flavor and has a good intensity and aromatic persistence in the mouth. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly spicy.
