IGT Rosso Umbbria, un blend (70% Sangiovese, 30% Alicante) che in Umbria sta prendendo piede. Colore rosso rubino con riflessi porpora, profumi fruttati tipici del Sangiovese e note speziate. Al palato caldo e morbido con tannini non invadenti, ciliegia e frutti di bosco. Vino a tutto pasto ma, a mio avviso, ideale con primi piatti al ragout e carni rosse.
