Made with sangiovese, cab sauv and merlot grapes, Saliato has an intense ruby red color. The nose is floral, fruity, red rose, cherry, violet, in the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity, quite tannic, intense and persistent; good body.

Good pairing with roasted red meat, game and pappardelle with meat sauce.
