Pour Marfuga Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil over warm toasted bread to appreciate its freshly pressed character. Green, grassy aromas and hints of artichoke accompany a balanced bitter and peppery finish. Made from hand-picked olives harvested before full ripeness, this is Marfuga's first extra virgin olive oil of the new season.

Bottled without filtration, it may appear naturally cloudy and develop a little sediment over time. Enjoy it uncooked over bruschetta, beans, grilled vegetables or fish, where its fresh, green flavours can be appreciated.
