Figlio della Luna is Tenute Baldo’s Torgiano Bianco DOC, a white wine produced in the Torgiano area of Umbria. The grapes are picked by hand at night, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by about five months on the fine lees.

Ripe apple and yellow fruit lead the aromatic profile, followed by pineapple, lime and floral notes. The palate is rounded and fresh, with a savoury edge that keeps the wine lively and easy to drink.

Figlio della Luna works well as an aperitif and with seafood, shellfish, pasta dishes and white meats. Its balance of fruit, freshness and texture makes it a versatile choice at the table.
