La Montagnola PDO Umbria Colli Martani Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Torgiano, one of Umbria's historic olive-growing areas. The blend is led by Moraiolo, with Frantoio, Leccino and local olive varieties adding depth and regional character.

Its profile is fresh, green and precise, with notes of cut herbs, artichoke and green almond, followed by a firm bitter touch and a clean peppery finish. It is best used raw, where its flavour stays clear and expressive.

Use it on toasted bread, bean soups, grilled vegetables, roasted meats, salads and simple pasta dishes.

The 1 litre tin is practical for regular kitchen use, while the 3 litre tin is ideal for keeping a larger supply at home.
