Le Molacce by Arnaldo Caprai is made entirely from Trebbiano Spoletino, a white grape grown in Umbria, central Italy. Delicate notes of lemon blossom, white-fleshed fruit and wild fennel lead to a fresh palate with a gently saline finish. Serve at 8-10°C with grilled fish, pasta with seasonal vegetables or white bean dishes.

Near the vineyard stands an old olive mill. The name Le Molacce refers to its large stone millstones, once used to crush olives for oil production.
