One of the most important white wines in Italy, awarded by specialists and industry critics, with over 20 years of history and recognition, the Cervaro della Sala Antinori has an intense aroma of citrus, pear, and acacia flower notes, which combined with vanilla scents increases its complexity. The flavor is full and well-structured, almost salty with sweet hazelnut butter notes and at the same time persistent, fine, and mineral. It pairs well with warm fish appetizers, fish or tomato pasta, vegetable sauces, mushroom risotto, stewed fish, game, stewed white meats, grilled roasted meat, medium-aged cheese. The Cervaro is meant to evolve and age well. Serve at 10-12°C.
