Iacopone is a white wine produced from certified BIO grapes. According to the producer's philosophy, the wine is natural, true, a modern expression of an ancient terroir through a native Umbrian vine. Absence of wood. The color is bright and iridescent golden yellow, with a tenacious olfactory intensity that dances between savory, almond and dry leaves; pleasant apricot noodles, apple compote, wax and sulphurous mineral references are released. In the mouth it has an inviting sapidity that winks a generous freshness, balanced alcohol content; the fullness of extracts and a delicate tactile caress accompany the sip towards a persistent finish.
