Lumia V.T. is an organic passito made from 100% Sémillon, an unconventional choice in a region where sweet wines have always meant Sagrantino or Vin Santo. This is a rare, small-production wine that brings the soul of Bordeaux's great dessert grape to the Umbrian hills, reinterpreted through late harvest and slow drying on reed mats until December.

In the glass, it pours a deep, luminous gold. The nose is generous: candied apricot, pineapple, delicate honey, jasmine, vanilla, and a whisper of saffron. On the palate it is sweet but never cloying, held in check by a bright acidity that carries the wine to a long, velvety, lingering finish. Twelve months in French oak barriques bring an added layer of complexity that rewards patience.

Serve at: 10–12 °C.
Pairings: blue cheeses and fresh goat's cheese, white chocolate, petits fours, custard-based desserts. Exceptional on its own as a contemplative pour.
