Arnaldo Caprai 25 Anni is one of the estate’s defining Sagrantino bottlings. First produced from the 1993 vintage, it comes from a special selection of Sagrantino and spends 24 months in barrique followed by at least 8 months in bottle.

Blackberry and plum lead the aromatic profile, joined by nutmeg, pepper, mint, clove and cocoa. The palate is full and structured, with firm but polished tannins and enough freshness to keep the wine balanced.

25 Anni can develop for more than two decades. Its structure makes it particularly well suited to roast lamb, game and dishes featuring black truffle.
