Arboreus by Paolo Bea is made from Trebbiano Spoletino grown in Umbria under certified organic farming, with some biodynamic practices. The wine ferments spontaneously in stainless steel with extended skin contact, giving it deeper color, firm texture and a light tannic grip.

Ripe apricot, dried flowers, honey and citrus peel lead into a dry, savory palate with fresh acidity. Its structure pairs well with flavorful pasta dishes, fish, vegetables and aged cheeses.

Paolo Bea is a family-run winery in Montefalco known internationally for spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar. In Arboreus, skin contact gives Trebbiano Spoletino more structure, depth and savory character.
