The Poggio Canneto Carini white wine come from chardonnay and pinot bianco grapes. At sight it has a fairly deep straw yellow color, the scent is rich and ample, with fine notes of white fruit and floral scents and acacia honey. In the mouth it is dry, harmonious and elegant, complex and fine.

We recommend pairing with: rustic vegetables, first courses with shellfish, preparations of noble fish and white meats.
