Liability: WonderUmbria may not be held responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the sale of the goods and service offered in the catalog published on the WonderUmbria site. Moreover, WonderUmbria may not be held responsible for the late and/or failed delivery of the product(s), nor for any failure of the goods delivered to correspond to the specific description published on the site, nor for any other event that is not directly attributable to WonderUmbria.
Technical information: the technical information and specifications given on the Wonder Umbria site are taken from publicity material issued by the relevant producers of the goods in our catalog. As such, WonderUmbria reserves the right to change/update, at any time and without prior notice, the technical and dimensional information relating to the products in the catalog on the basis of new information from the producers.
Product Availability: as the online order system adjusts the product availability details in real time, WonderUmbria is unable to guarantee with full certainty the availability of the products featured in its online catalog.
Risk and ownership: the goods are shipped carriage paid on invoice. Should the goods, at the client's request, be sent carriage forward, this is done at the client's own risk once the goods have been delivered to the courier's warehouse. On delivery, the client must check the integrity of the packages and must ensure that they match, in terms of quantity and quality, the indications given on the delivery slip. Should the packages be deformed or damaged in any way, the defects must be noted on the deliveryslip before being formally stated, within seven days, in a mail or registered letter to WonderUmbria. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods it contains must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any concealed defects must be communicated to WonderUmbria either via mail or by registered letter. Any complaint relating to products delivered that does not meet the criteria specified above will not be taken into consideration. The client is fully responsible for all declarations made.
Orders: orders are accepted only if sent online . On completion of the online order process, the client will see on the screen (or receive by e-mail) confirmation of the status of the order and the order number. If the order number fails to appear after a few minutes, the order is considered legally rejected, whether the problem was due to accountingor administrative errorsor product availability issues.
Prices: all prices shown in the relevant column on the site are inclusive of sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
Payments: WonderUmbria accepts payment by credit card using paypal system, bank transfer or c.o.d. (only available for shipments in Italy for orders up to 200 €), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

WonderUmbria reserves the right to refrain from sending out the goods, even after the order has been accepted, to those clients deemed untrustworthy, or who have an outstanding balance to pay, or who are involved in a dispute.
