The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections, lightly veiled due to non filtration; bouquet is fruity with hints of citrus, tropical fruit and mineral notes. The palate is fresh, enveloping and full, good sapidity. Serve with seafood, fish, white meats, cheeses and starters.
