TRUFFLE SAUCE UMBRIA 250
This typical Umbrian truffle sauce, is an excellent dressing for first dishes based on dried pasta, fresh pasta and rice also adding cream.
Can be used as a contour and as a dressing for meat also, yummy on toasted bread, canape and bruschette; moreover it can be used also as a stuffing for tortellini and ravioli.
