Verdeluce Vermentino Cotarella is a fresh, light and aromatic white wine from Umbria, made for those who enjoy an elegant, versatile glass.

On the nose, it offers notes of chamomile, kumquat and yellow peach. On the palate, it is clean and fresh, with a delicate tannic finish that adds character to each sip.

Produced in Montecchio, from vines grown on calcareous soils at about 220 meters above sea level. Stainless steel fermentation and three months on the lees preserve aromatic purity and freshness.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with oysters, fish carpaccio, seafood salads, shellfish, seafood risotto and fresh cheeses.
