Withdrawal Right

Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection rules.

The withdrawal request can be submitted by completing the online form on this page. After submission, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details provided, together with the date and time of the request. WonderUmbria will also receive a copy of the communication.

After submitting the withdrawal request within the legal time limit, the customer must send the products back within 14 days. This deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the carrier before the end of that period.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of faulty products, shipping errors or a different written agreement with WonderUmbria. The refund will be issued within the legal time limits, after WonderUmbria has received the returned products or proof that they have been shipped back.

Products must be returned intact, complete, properly stored and, where applicable, in their original unopened packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, such as fresh or vacuum-packed cured meats and cheeses, nor to sealed food and drink products that have been opened after delivery.

For wine, beer, liqueurs, extra virgin olive oil, sauces, jarred products, legumes and packaged cereals, withdrawal is available only if the products are intact, unopened and stored in suitable conditions.
