The colour is straw yellow with greenish-gold reflections, lightly veiled due to non-filtration. Bouquet is intense, fruity with hints of green and yellow sweet pepper, tomato leaf and ripe exotic fruit; palate is deep, enveloping and full, velvety. Use with seafood, fish, dried fruit and starters. Serve at 10°C.
