Produced in limited quantities, the wine comes from Sangiovese and Sagrantino blends and aged in large Slavonian wood barrels.

The color is intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose reveals hints of ripe red fruit, spicy and mineral. In the mouth it is tannic, intense and full-bodied, fine and harmonious with a very pleasant persistence.

Pairings: braised meats, sliced red meat, game, very aged cheeses, roast meat cooks, Florentine steak.
