Fine bubbles, fresh citrus and a hint of bread crust give Scacciadiavoli Trebbiano Spoletino Pas Dosé a distinctive character. This Spoleto DOC sparkling wine combines a creamy texture with freshness and a gently spiced finish. Serve at 6-8°C with shellfish, fried seafood or fresh cheeses.

Made exclusively from Trebbiano Spoletino, this Italian Metodo Classico includes reserve wines in its blend and spends at least 36 months ageing on the lees in bottle. No dosage liqueur is added after disgorgement, allowing the grape's character to come through in the finished wine.
