Scacciadiavoli’s Montefalco Rosso is made in Montefalco by a winery with deep roots in this part of Umbria. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spends at least six months between second-use barriques and large French oak vats, followed by further ageing in bottle.

Red berry fruit, woodland notes and spice shape the aromatic profile. The palate is full and smooth, with fresh acidity, balanced tannins and a persistent fruity finish. It pairs well with rich pasta dishes, roasted or grilled meats and Umbrian meat-based dishes.

Jéroboam 3-litre format

The 3-litre Jéroboam holds the equivalent of four standard 750 ml bottles. It is particularly suited to larger tables, celebrations and wine gifts, and gives the Montefalco Rosso a stronger presence when served for a group.
