Collepizzuto by Leonardo Bussoletti is a dry, organic Malvasia from Umbria, with delicate floral aromas, citrus notes and fresh white fruit. Its lively palate and gently savoury finish make it a good match for grilled fish, vegetable dishes and lightly fried seafood.

The wine comes from a steep hillside near San Gemini, where Bussoletti planted Malvasia Istriana in 2018. Before spontaneous fermentation, the grapes spend about a day in contact with their skins. The wine then matures for six months on fine lees in stainless steel, without oak ageing.
