SPELT STRANGOZZI - TYPICAL ITALIAN PASTA OF UMBRIA
The porosity of these spelt Strangozzi, typical Italian pasta from Umbria, allows to retain excellently any type of sauce. It can be combined with a wide range of sauces: we recommend our truffle sauce or more simply, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chilli.
