The rosolio is a sweet liqueur derived from the petal of the rose, often used as a basis for other liquors. It's popular in southern Italy: in particular in Sicily, from many centuries, it is produced at home and offered to guests as a sign of good omen.
Alcohol strenght: 25% vol.
Use: must be chilled fresh as a dessert and is delicious on cake and ice cream
